Royal Madness
8:23 AMI'm sure we all know that Prince William and Kate Middleton are tying the knot at the end of the month. How could you not? It's all British and American tabloids are talking about. My friends and I have been joking about having a viewing party (well, maybe not joking, we really want to see the wedding in all its glory!)
I have had a long time crush on Prince Wills. When my mom and I traveled to London in 2001, a friend sent me a tiara in the chance that we crossed paths and I needed to conduct princess duties.
Since that didn't pan out and I'm now spoken for by the luckiest man in the world my husband, I am happy to be in the cheering section. (I'm so gracious, see I would have made a lovely princess!)
However, all of the hoopla around the royal nuptials is beyond ridiculous. Here are a few of my favorite items that will help us to commemorate April 29, 2011.
Want to wear the same rock that Kate does?
Great, just click here to order the replica ring.
I know each southern lady needs her very own set of china, why not go with this one?
Feel guilty wanting all of this great stuff and not buying for the kids? Don't worry. You may purchase the Happyland Royal Wedding Lego set.
Want to keep it simple and just buy a t-shirt? That's easy, try this one.
And last but not least, you cannot enjoy this moment in history without your very own Will and Kate refrigerator. Fox news covers the details here. Please, someone get me this!
And if all this isn't enough for you, humor yourself and search "William and Kate" on eBay. My search pulled up 284 items - wow!
Happy Royal Wedding stalking, friends!

A friend of mine is having a wedding reception. Everyone is wearing formals (tacky like) and giant hats. I told her to have the replica rings as party favors haha.
