December is here!

The busiest month of the year is here...December!
We're off to a great start enjoying all things Christmas. Our elf has moved all over the house. And he's only forgotten to move one time. Pretty good for a busy elf with a full time job and two kids if you ask me. Wait, the elf doesn't have kids? Oh yeah, that's right. ;)
Libby and I ran in the annual Reindeer Run. It's a local race for kids that benefits Children's Miracle Network. Libby's school does a great job promoting the race and pumping up the kids.
It was a chilly morning, but we had a fun time seeing friends and running (and walking) the race.
Following the race was our city's annual Christmas parade. Drew and Georgia Kate met us after the race and we saw lots of floats, bands, kids, churches, politicians...the recipe for any good, southern parade!
Georgia Kate collected lots of candy and told us she had fun at the parade.
We're enjoying the flurry of Christmas fun!
We have many, many more events to go - a church program, a school program and two Christmas parties just this week. Keep the coffee coming and Merry Christmas!
