Sixth Month

Baby is the size of: An ear of corn, just over a pound.
Symptoms: Remember when I mentioned occasional heart burn? I take it back, LOTS of heart burn! And at all times of the day.
Maternity clothes: Oh goodness, yes.
Sleep: Still sleeping well. Of course with numerous trips to the potty each night.
Fun moment(s) this past week: Libby surprised us with a new name for the baby, Minnie Mouse. Also had my 24 week check up. Blood pressure was good and was told I was measuring "right on track".
Movement: She's a moving machine at night. Drew felt her move last week.
Food cravings/aversions: All food! But sweets are so tempting right now. She must have a sweet tooth like her mom.
Gender & Name: Girl and no name. But I have started a list. However, the list is really long. Hmph, hard decision!
Weight gained: 13 lbs. Wow, I'm not excited about this.
What I am looking forward to: My next ultrasound...and wearing normal clothes again.

Lord have mercy, I hope I look as good as you do when I get pregnant. The only weight you've gained is in the bump. Those are really beautiful pictures of you Beth!
ReplyDeleteHeartburn is THE worst. I can't imagine how painful that is to deal with all day :( Praying you get some relief asap.

You are kind, Ally! I don't feel very beautiful right now, so I appreciate you saying that. I do love my bump, I'm just scared that I still have A LOT of growing to do in the 15 weeks I have left! :/
